Beverlee DeCoux, controller, was featured in a May 21 Faribault Daily News (Minn.) article titled “Heritage Celebration just four weeks away.” DeCoux is chair of the 2003 Faribault Heritage Celebration. “When the community started, there was quite a diversity with native Americans, French Canadians and European settlers. Today, Faribault’s even more diverse with people from Asia, Latin America, Mexico, Africa as well as from many European countries,” said DeCoux.
