Sonja Anderson, assistant professor of religion, published an article entitled “Idol/Idolatry (New Testament)” in the peer-reviewed Oxford Bibliographies series. The article is a thorough review of the scholarship—in English, Latin, French and German—on the early Christian concept of idolatry.
