Carleton Awarded Grant to Evaluate Civic Engagement Efforts

Carleton has been awarded a grant from the Minnesota Campus Compact to evaluate the College’s civic engagement efforts. Carleton was one of seven state-wide colleges and universities to receive the grant, which is funded through the State of Minnesota’s Office of Higher Education. The programs is a two-to-one matching grant program, meaning Carleton will support the project with twice the grant amount in either cash or in-kind services. The project will be administered by Adrienne Falcon, Carleton’s coordinator of academic civic engagement and visiting instructor in sociology.
