Students from Hoopfer lab present work at neuroscience conference.

Research students working with Eric Hoopfer, Assistant Professor of Neuroscience, presented their work at the Midbrains Neuroscience Conference in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Helen Cross (Biology ’24) presented “Characterizing activity-dependent system for labeling neurons in Drosophila melanogaster,” co-authored with Rhesel Rivera (Biology ’23). Adi Satish (Biology ’23) presented “Investigating the neural circuitry of social motivation in Drosophila melanogaster,” co-authored with Ben Chamberlain Zivsak (Psychology ’24).
