Come visit us! Be inspired, be contemplative, and be relaxed in our beautiful space. Enjoy our exhibitions, attend an event, or make an appointment to view and research a work of art from our permanent collection.

We also invite Carleton students to get involved with the Perlman Teaching Museum as student workers. Each spring, we encourage Carleton students to apply to work with us as Art Collection Assistants, Museum Curatorial Student Workers, Museum Events Student Workers, Museum Media Assistants and Museum Attendants. These yearlong traineeships offer valuable experiences that not only translate to an exciting future career in the museum sector, but strengthen other essential life skills such as critical thinking, writing, project management, event coordination, and audience development.

Beyond our student worker program, we host curatorial seminars, special projects, and work with faculty to develop student work assignments and student curated exhibitions.
