Are you curious about AI and how to integrate it into your language instruction, but not sure where to start? In this workshop, we will discuss how AI might transform traditional language classroom practices and explore practical applications of AI that enhance both learning and teaching experiences. You will learn about AI tools that support language acquisition, how students can use AI for personalized learning, and streamline administrative tasks for instructors. Participants will leave with a better understanding of AI’s potential, strategies for classroom use and personal use, and, perhaps, leave with a few existential questions about the future of education. Whether you are tech-savvy or just starting out, this session will help you to start thinking about AI and to consider ways in which you could integrate it in your teaching
