I have been so lucky to be able to work with you. Whenever I had questions, you were there to answer. Your office door was always open and inviting to everyone. Thank you so much for listening to me and giving me great advice! I’ve learned a lot from you.
There were many fun and enjoyable memories with you but I particularly enjoyed talking to you over lunch at our Thursday Japanese Lunch Table. You always brought at least two or three goodies and recommended which one to eat. Next year, who should I trust to choose the best dessert?
Like the photo I am uploading here, you have always been at the center of the department, an experienced thread connecting us all.
I will be missing you so much. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me.
