Let me say congratulations! You were always a wonderful professor who shared my personal passion for Asian languages and cultures. Taking so many classes from you and having you sit on my comps committee (plus having you in some of my Japanese classes) really helped my experience at Carleton. Your presence at Carleton will definitely be missed but please do enjoy the future to come. Thank you for everything!
