How It Works
- Earn 1 point for every wellbeing activity you complete!
- Examples: Exercise, drink your goal amount of water in one day, cook a healthy recipe, catch up with a loved one, meditate, hit your goal amount of sleep, try a new form of exercise, stretch, spend time outside, go for a walk, do something creative, journal, lift weights, etc.
- Use your best judgment!
