- USPS, FedEx, UPS, and campus mail services.
- Student mailboxes are housed in the Sayles-Hill lobby, and student parcels may be picked up during our open hours.
- Photo I.D. or the email notification from Mail Services is Required for parcel pick up.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF COMMON COURIERS AND LOCAL BUSINESSES.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOOD DELIVERIES OTHER THAN FROM NORTHFIELD BAKERIES.
- This means we do not accept same day deliveries from Target or Walmart, and we do not accept Whole Foods deliveries. Deliveries must have the full name, be sealed, and trackable.
External Pickup Times
To get mail out the day you drop it off, please do so by the following times:
- USPS drop off by 2:30pm.
- UPS Air and Ground drop off by 10:00am.
- FedEx Ground, Home, and Express drop off by 12pm.
- Only FedEx Express and UPS Air offer next day delivery.
Package Hold Policy
- Packages are held for three weeks, after which they will be considered abandoned and returned to the sender or discarded if necessary. All attempts will be made to contact students before disposal.
- Packages that arrive during breaks will be held through the first week of the following term.
- If a package arrives without a full name Mail Services will attempt to determine the recipient, but if that is not possible unidentifiable packages will be held for three weeks.
