Jan. 25, 2018: Models of Collaborative Teaching with Staff and Community Partners

This session will highlight two innovative models of collaborative teaching that seek to honor diverse forms of knowledge and create an expansive classroom where students are exposed to issues in their real world complexity. Phil Sandro of HECUA and Julia Dinsmore will discuss their experience collaborating in an experiential urban studies program, and Anita Chikkatur and Amy Sillanpa will discuss the Critical Conversations course at Carleton.
