Carleton faculty are creative, reflective teachers, who can contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL). However, taking the first steps into the SoTL realm can be intimidating. Three faculty will share examples of scholarly teaching that led to publication (on internationalizing the psychology curriculum, the effectiveness of flipped teaching in economics, and incorporating civic engagement projects in biology) and provide some tips about engaging in SoTL projects.
