LTC Targeted Audience Lunch - Makerspace Tour

Tue, April 26, 2022 • 11:45am - 1:00pm (1h 15m) • Anderson 036 and Class of 1969 Makerspace

A recent article suggests that Makerspaces can have a positive impact on mental health. The Class of 1969 Makerspace in Anderson Hall invites you to come see how you can improve mental health, see what tools, tutorials and materials are available for students (and you) to use, and learn from colleagues how they have used the space.  The session includes a panel lunch discussion, a tour of the space, and a quick brainstorming session focused on curricular usage of the Makerspace. Come learn how the Makerspace can help bring your course content to life with a wide variety of hands-on skills!

Sonja Anderson, Assistant Professor of Religion

Bereket Haileab, Professor of Geology

Aaron Heidgerken-Greene, Instrument Project Manager

Wiebke Kuhn, Director of Academic Technology

Austin Mason, Assistant Director for Digital Humanities, Lecturer in History
