LTC Targeted Audience Lunch - The Teaching Toolbox: Learning Strategies for Students who Struggle with Focus on Deep Work, including Reading

Tue, April 19, 2022 • 11:45am - 1:00pm (1h 15m) • AGH Meeting Room

Learn about and share with colleagues technologies and strategies that can help with focus, with letting go of one’s smartphone (for at least a little while), with reading strategies, and with reconnecting in person to help improve mental wellness of our students.  This session may be of particular interest to A&I instructors and others who teach and advise first-year and transfer students, as these strategies, technologies and resources can help create inclusive learning environments.

Kathy Evertz, Director for Academic Support Center

Wiebke Kuhn, Director of Academic Technology

Marit Lysne, Director of Student Health and Counseling

Sam Thayer, Director of  Accessibility Resources
