The Research/IT desk is the large desk in the middle of the reference room on the 4th (main) floor of the library. CarlTechs are student technology consultants.

Reference Librarian Hours
Winter/Spring 2021 Academic Term:
Librarians will be available during the following hours by chat, phone (507-222-4264) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org):
- Monday–Thursday: 10am – 5pm, 7pm – 9pm
Friday: 10am – 5pm
Sunday: 1pm – 5pm, 7pm – 9pm
Summer, Winter, and Spring Breaks:
A reference librarian is on call during the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10 am-noon, 1 pm-4 pm
CarlTech hours at the Research/IT Desk
CarlTech support is available in the library during the academic term in nonpandemic times. If no one is there, please visit the Help Desk page to get help.
You may also make an appointment directly with one of our reference librarians. To make an appointment, use their online appointment schedulers, call, or email. Librarians’ offices are located along west wall and southwest hallway of the 4th floor and in non-pandemic times you can stop by.
