Mija Van Der Wege (Wellesley College: BA in Cognitive Science; Stanford University: MS Statistics, PhD Psychology) has taught at Carleton College since 2002. Her research focuses broadly on common ground in human conversation. In her spare time, she enjoys choral singing, reading fiction, and playing with her cats Athena and Boomer.
