Shayna is a Sociology-Anthropology major from Edison, New Jersey. She is interested in exploring the ways language shapes cognitive processes, particularly cross-culturally. In her free time, she likes to hike, play the piano, write poetry and cuddle with her cat. After Carleton, Shayna hopes to work in public policy.
