Discover Korean at the Language Center: Interested in learning Korean from scratch or looking for folks to practice with? Come to Korean Language Circle! This term (Winter 2025) there are two weekly meetings geared towards different levels of Korean knowledge:
- Korean Language Lessons: Ideal for beginners or those with minimal Korean knowledge. Join our casual, friendly sessions every week. Dive into the basics and gradually build up your Korean skills in a supportive environment.
- Every Wednesday & Friday (starting January 22) from 4:00-5:00 PM in LDC 243
- Korean Conversation Hour: Perfect for learners with some existing knowledge of Korean, eager for conversational practice. Engage in discussions and enhance your fluency every Friday ever week. Enjoy the chance to chat in Korean in a small group setting.
- Every Tuesday (starting January 21) from 12:00-1:00 PM in the Language Center (LDC 220)

Korean Language Circle is a guided space for those in the Carleton community who interested in learning about Korean culture and the Korean language. Any and all levels of Korean knowledge are welcome. These meetings are designed to a casual learning space for those curious about Korean and not meant to replace language courses at Carleton. Korean Circle is facilitated by Language Center student employees and are supported and funded by the Language Center.
