General and immediate computing support for faculty, staff and students is provided by the ITS Helpdesk, in the first floor lab wing of the CMC. ITS assistance and requests can be made by submitting a ticket, calling x5999, starting a live chat or email email@example.com. The ITS Helpdesk is staffed at the following times during the academic terms:
Summer hours are Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–5:00 pm.
