Salesforce CRM is a software application that is used worldwide to manage information and communications. Carleton has had a small deployment of Salesforce for a number of years, but in 2015, we developed additional campus applications in Salesforce that help to re-envision and escalate increased communication in a number of our campus programs involving alumni. Specifically, we built a Salesforce community for our alumni volunteers that work with External Relations and the Career Center.
