WebPrint allows Carleton students, faculty, and staff to print from personal computers to Carleton printers, without the need to install printer drivers. It is accessible from anywhere on the internet.

Getting Started

  • Visit the WebPrint page where you will be prompted to log in using your Carleton credentials.
  • Once you’ve logged in, you’ll walk through a short series of steps to choose the printer you want to use and upload your file.  Detailed instructions are available here: WebPrint Instructions.
  • WebPrint supports a limited number of file types, primarily including Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, and image files.

More Info

  • Files are printed using the default settings for the particular printer. This usually means they will be printed double-sided and in black-and-white. Even color-capable printers default to B&W printing to avoid accidentally printing at a higher cost.
  • Approximately 95 of the 155 networked printers and multi-function devices (MFDs) on campus are enabled for WebPrint, distributed through all campus buildings that have networked printing.
