WebPrint allows Carleton students, faculty, and staff to print from personal computers to Carleton printers. It is accessible from anywhere on the internet.

Getting Started

  • Visit WebPrint. You will be prompted to log in using your Carleton credentials.  Once you’ve logged in, you’ll walk through a short series of steps to choose the printer you want to use and upload your file.  Detailed instructions are available here: WebPrint Instructions.
  • WebPrint supports a limited number of file types, primarily including Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, and image files.

More Info

  • Approximately 109 of the 150 networked printers and multi-function devices (MFDs) on campus are enabled for WebPrint, distributed through all campus buildings that have networked printing.
  • Documents are printed using the default settings for that particular printer. This usually means they will be printed double-sided, and documents sent to color-capable printers or MFDs will be printed in color, at the higher cost.
