Online Phone Portal
The online portal can be used to manage your extension whether you are on or off-campus. Use this portal if you have a Grandstream desk phone, or a Zulu softphone. The online portal dashboard allows you to forwarding your calls as well as a variety of other features included in these Online Portal Instructions

Grandstream Desk Phone
- Quickstart Guide
- Physical Phone Introduction – including basic functions and shortcuts

- Grandstream Phone Update Voicemail including general greeting or temporary greeting
- Accessing Voicemail
- Manage my Phone using the Online Portal
- Forward Calls – On campus and off campus instructions
- Do Not Disturb – set up calls to go directly to voicemail
- If you want additional features added to your phone (i.e. able to pick up other phone extensions in your office, able to view if others are on their phone) you need to Submit a TDX ticket.
- If you forgot your voicemail password you will need to Submit a TDX ticket.
Zulu Softphone
All faculty and staff who have a campus extension have been assigned a Zulu software license to accommodate remote work.
