Sangoma Softphone
A softphone is a software application installed on your computer that use used to make and receive calls. A softphone is used if you don’t use a physical phone often or if you do remote work and want to make and receive calls via your Carleton extension. All faculty and staff who have a campus extension have been assigned a Zulu software license to accommodate remote work.
