Meet

Meet is the videoconferencing system provided through Google Workspace. At this time, all students, faculty, and staff have access to Google Meet through their Carleton account. 

Getting Started

If you are new to using Meet, check out this Google Meet Overview video on Panopto for a basic introduction. You can also watch Linkedin Learning’s Introduction to Google Meet (June 2023, updated July 2025) to learn about key functionalities. Please remember to log into Linkedin Learning with Carleton credentials to get full access to this resource.

Google Meet is also available in a Progressive Web App which you can open as an application rather than in a web browser. Click here for instructions for downloading the Meet PWA.
