Locke Perkins
Locke Perkins joins ITS from Campus Services. For the past 10 years he’s been helping manage Mail Services, Print Services, the Information Desk, Student Transportation, Fleet Services, OneCard systems, Door Access, and countless other projects. Locke will be taking on the role of Hardware Asset Manager and is looking forward to having a more focused set of responsibilities.
He lives in Northfield with his wife (Birch), three sons (Locke, Soren, and Felix), and three cats. He enjoys spending free time hand tool woodworking, playing computer games, making chainmaille, playing D&D, and chasing around his kids.
Conner Taylor
Conner Taylor started as the 5th-year Assistant Hardware Asset Manager in April, having graduated a term early with a Mathematics major and a Japanese minor. He was a CarlTech since freshman year, working every break from Winter Break 2019 to Winter Break 2021 and working both in Hardware as the Student Hardware Manager, and as an SAS Tech. Additionally, he helped come up with the (admittedly mostly copied from the Helpdesk) Hardware ticket reports and spends a lot of time both sorting equipment downstairs and sorting assets in TDX upstairs, alongside all sorts of other tasks at the Helpdesk.
Coming from northeast Minneapolis, Conner enjoys walking around, mainly in the fall and spring, and talking online and playing usually-strategy games with high school friends. Single-player gaming-wise, he is a big fan of platformers and RPGs. Otherwise, he has an interest in drawing and geography, and has played around with worldbuilding a fantasy series in his spare time.
Nat Wilson
Nat joined the ITS department from the Library in March of this year. Before coming to ITS, he worked as the Digital Archivist for Carleton for 12 years, managing digitization projects, developing and maintaining the archives database, and processing digital collections. Nat is thrilled to be working with the Enterprise Information Services group for the SEAMS project, assisting with the migration to Workday, and providing support for reporting services on campus.
Personally, he loves spending time with his wife and 2 kids in Northfield. He and his wife own a music studio called the Hot Spot where they provide space for musicians to practice and offer lessons. In his spare time Nat likes woodworking, playing D&D with friends and family, and trying to stay fit with boxing.
