For general technology questions, connect with the ITS Helpdesk by calling, opening a ticket, making an appointment or visiting the Helpdesk in CMC.
Academic Technologists will be offering Drop-in hours during the week before classes:
- Sept. 5, 1:30-3:30 on Zoom or in Weitz026 – IdeaLab.
- Sept. 6-8, 11am-2pm on Zoom.
Over the weekend (Sept. 9-10), Academic Technologists will be checking email and tickets, so you can expect a response within 4 hours on Moodle and other urgent issues. Helpdesk staff will be available by phone from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and will also be checking email, the ticket system, and voicemail.
During the term, please find the ATs on Zoom Mondays and Thursdays, 2-4 pm.
