New staff member Sophia Legare
Sophia Legare joins the ITS department as a Security Analyst. Her responsibilities include managing IT security alerts, vulnerability management, desktop security, and cybersecurity education and training. Sophia will be splitting her time between Carleton and St. Olaf.
Sophia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity from Champlain College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Digital Forensics with Champlain College.
Outside of work, Sophia volunteers as a registered therapy dog handler with her dog, teaches figure skating, and enjoys skating for fun as well!
New role for Julie Anderson
As Director of IT Planning and Communication, Julie continues to provide leadership and direction for the web development team. She is also working with ITS leadership and the new Project Manager/Analyst to establish project management practices that will help improve our ability to manage and deliver on the large volume of ITS projects each year.
New role for Erica Johnson
After spending a little over a year as testing lead for the Workday Student implementation, Erica has transitioned to being a project manager and analyst. She’s looking forward to working on projects in a variety of areas, as well as projects that support SEAMS and Workday.
