The wide variety of Zimbra-related errors and issues experienced for most of the day today (April 6th) should now be fixed. Zimbra support was able to help isolate a problem with the mail server’s internal logging / auditing processes which developed over a period of several days into a serious performance bottleneck. No data has been lost. The most visible effect of this problem (aside from generally poor performance) was a substantial 60 minute-plus delay for message delivery for most of the day today.
