Summer Academic Programs has joined our campus OnBase community. This move has not only brought efficiency to their department, but it has opened doors to share documents with other campus departments.
In this first year of their OnBase implementation, they will be using OnBase to store and retrieve their supplementary forms from registrants. Having these forms in OnBase will allow for easy access when student call with questions. Additionally, Summer Academic Programs is scanning grade contracts for their Summer Teaching Institute participants, making it possible to share these documents electronically with the Registrar’s Office.
Future expansion opportunities include collaborating with departments like the Business Office
If you have documents you’d like to share with Summer Academic Programs, give Jeremy Updike a call.
