Our systems team has worked all day on this issue, and have engaged the support teams from all involved vendors, but currently there is no known cause of the issue, nor ETA for resolution. If you have devices that can connect to Eduroam, but do not yet have the profile configuration tool, there may be a workaround. If you are able to use a phone as a short-term hot-spot, you can go to wiki.carleton.edu and load the Eduroam Wireless Setup page to follow instructions for registering your device. Unfortunately, gaming consoles, streaming devices, and other IoT devices often cannot use Eduroam and will be unable to connect until the issue is resolved. We’ll provide further updates here as we have them.
