RESOLVED: Widespread Service Disruption

29 July 2016

A server failure in the datacenter has compromised many core services, including basic network connectivity and authentication. ITS staff are working to bring affected services back online as quickly as possible. Network connectivity (both wired and wireless) should once again be functional, with other affected services – including the Hub, apps.carleton.edu, and many more – returning to normal operation within the next 20 minutes. By 11:30am all affected services should be back online. Please contact the ITS Helpdesk at x5999 with questions. Update: all services should now be back online.
