As of approximately 8:55pm, our network team confirmed that network access has been almost fully restored upon successful installation of new equipment in Musser. Wired Ethernet connectivity in Musser is still coming online: the network admins are still working to fully restore this connectivity yet this evening, and ITS will continue to monitor the situation.
Devices (specifically printers) may need a full restart before they successfully reconnect to the network. If you have any further difficulties connecting your devices, you can submit a ticket for your issue, reach out to the helpdesk via phone or chat, or email helpdesk@carleton.edu and we’ll follow-up with you tomorrow to troubleshoot further.
