RESOLVED: email delay

The mailing list server ( has not sent email correctly since approximately 10:00pm 3/1/17. Messages are queued, and no data has been lost, but they are not being sent as expected. ITS staff are investigating, but we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time. 3/2/17 3:45pm: the issue with lists has been resolved. The mail queue is heavily backed up so messages will continue to be delivered for the next few hours.
