Email/Calendar Project
17 January 2007An ITS workgroup is searching for a new integrated email/calendar system for the whole campus to use for implementation this summer. We have identified 4-5 possible packages and would like to request the help of the Carleton community in making a final purchasing recommendation. We will be conducting focus group research in which we have equal representation of students, staff and faculty. This group will help the ITS workgroup complete their evaluation process by participating in a demonstration of the candidate systems, spending a period of 10 days using one of the demo systems, and providing us with feedback on their experiences. The ITS workgroup will then use this data to provide an informed recommendation for our new email/calendar system.
