Resolved: Internet connection down
13 May 2015Internet connectivity was restored around 5:50pm. Original message: Construction work in Northfield caused a break in the fiber line that connects Carleton to the internet. Crews from our ISP are working to repair the issue. We do not expect service to be restored before 6PM at the earliest.

Resolved: Faculty Email Addresses missing from directory
5 May 2015Overnight updates to our directory service caused all faculty email addresses to disappear, which affected people’s ability to log into Moodle and Google Apps. Email addresses were repopulated by 10:30AM, which resolved the issue. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at x5999.

OnBase Workflow for routing documents

OnBase Workflow is a process that runs behind-the-scenes in OnBase and passes documents between OnBase users. If you find that upon scanning documents into OnBase, one of your next tasks is to notify someone that the document is ‘in OnBase’, workflow is for you. -
