    Internet connectivity was restored around 5:50pm. Original message: Construction work in Northfield caused a break in the fiber line that connects Carleton to the internet. Crews from our ISP are working to repair the issue. We do not expect service to be restored before 6PM at the earliest.

    IF Word SearchIdentity Finder is a software that we’ve rolled out to most administrative departments, and is designed to scan computers for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Read more to discover how you can keep your computer safe and clean of PII.

  • Resolved: Faculty Email Addresses missing from directory

    5 May 2015

    Overnight updates to our directory service caused all faculty email addresses to disappear, which affected people’s ability to log into Moodle and Google Apps. Email addresses were repopulated by 10:30AM, which resolved the issue. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at x5999.

  • OnBase Workflow for routing documents

    1 May 2015

    WorkflowOnBase Workflow is a process that runs behind-the-scenes in OnBase and passes documents between OnBase users.  If you find that upon scanning documents into OnBase, one of your next tasks is to notify someone that the document is ‘in OnBase’, workflow is for you.
