The campus is moving to the new Dropbox/Drive cloud file storage environment. Many departments also use OnBase to store and share documents. So how does it all fit together? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each file storage solution? When should you consider OnBase for your documents? What are the implications of doing so? What documents are already in OnBase? How do Dropbox, Drive, and OnBase fit together into one full-featured file storage environment?
The purpose of this session is to provide a better understanding of when and why OnBase should be considered for file storage.
