Update 7:15PM: The vendor identified the issue but may not be able to troubleshoot further until 7AM tomorrow.
Update 11:55AM: The vendor has identified the issue as a potential equipment failure. They have dispatched technicians. This page will be updated once we hear more.
At approximately 10:40AM ITS Staff started receiving reports of campus phones not being able to dial out or receive calls. On campus calls are not affected. ITS Staff are investigating and will update this page with more information.
