1:30pm – ITS staff are investigating reports of intermittent internet connectivity issues. We have engaged our ISP: Metronet and will update this post once we have more information.
Update 2pm – Metronet is sending out a technician to review their equipment.
Update 5pm – Metronet technicians are onsite diagnosing the issue. There is a possibility of disruption to the internet during their testing.
Update 5:45 – All network links are reporting no errors. Onsite testing is completed. The data gathered will be further analyzed by the vendor to determine root cause.
