Have a project idea and don’t know what to do?
With a recent department reorganization and committee restructuring, and a current remodeling of project intake and tracking, ITS is working to find the best ways to accomplish the most important things at the right times. We know that there are some short-term questions in the midst of these changes regarding the intake of new projects.
There are many ways to interface with ITS, and we definitely want to know about your project ideas. Here’s are a few ways that you can make requests:
- If you know that it’s a project for a particular software application, talk with a person that support that application.
- If you are unsure of the application or need something new, talk with Julie Creamer in ITS.
- If you are requesting a tweak to something that already exists, you can call or email the helpdesk (x5999). Whether your requests ends up being a simple fix (task) or something bigger (project), we’ll work with you to figure out the best course of action.
