RESOLVED: Physical Phones Say “Account Not Registered”

UPDATE 2pm: Phones are re-registered. The root cause of the issue is still under investigation.

ITS Staff are investigating an issue this morning where physical phones on campus do not work and say “account not registered.”

Current Solutions:

  • Unplug the Ethernet cord from the slot in your phone labeled “LAN” and then plug it in again. It may take several minutes to reboot, but after this process is complete the phone should work as usual.
  • Use the Zulu softphone, which works as usual
