At approximately 9:40am ITS began to notice disruptions to Zulu softphone services. Some calls made to or from Carleton phone numbers via Zulu either do not connect or cannot stay connected for the duration of the phone call. ITS is investigating the issue.
Related to this issue, the ITS Helpdesk cannot currently receive phone calls. If you need assistance, please go to https://go.carleton.edu/helpdesk and click on the Chat option, open a Ticket, or else email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Update 12:23PM: Incoming calls were not ringing on Zulu. The problem was identified and corrected.
