TeamDynamix (Carleton’s IT support site) is back online!

TeamDynamix, the tool ITS uses to track tickets and provide our new client portal, is currently unavailable. Our St. Olaf colleagues have reached out to the vendor for an update.

There is a planned electrical outage from 7-4 today, also affecting network connectivity. Network connectivity should be restored within 30 minutes after power is restored to the building.

The wiki is now available.

Old Music Hall lost network connectivity this morning. The cause is currently unknown but work in the tunnels nearby could be involved. Telecom technicians are en route.

The wiki is not loading, and giving a Proxy Error. The systems team is working on the issue.

All Carleton-hosted services are up and operational

At approximately 11:45 am on April 28th, network connectivity for Weitz and other affected buildings and houses on the south side of campus was transitioned back to our full, high-speed connection. Phone and network services are fully restored.

As of approximately 8:30pm Central on the 27th, phone services are restored and successfully tested. Network connectivity to Weitz and other affected buildings is operational and will be restored to full capacity early on the 28th.

First Street construction cut cables; ITS is working on rerouting network connectivity, but phone connectivity will take longer.
