ISSUE: Carleton Login Problems
23 August 2020When signing on to certain Carleton systems you may get an error saying your password needs to be changed annually. If you are using Duo this is not the case. Additional login errors may appear at various Carleton sites. ITS is aware of and actively working on the issue.

UPDATE: Eduroam error persists, working with vendor
15 June 2020Carleton IT has reached out to our vendors for troubleshooting support. There is currently no ETA for resolution, but connecting to Carleton Guest is currently a workaround for wireless connectivity.

ISSUE: Eduroam “incorrect password” error
15 June 2020Eduroam is giving an incorrect password error and not allowing many people to connect. ITS is investigating the issue but currently has no ETA to resolution.
