UPDATE: Eduroam error persists, working with vendor
15 June 2020Carleton IT has reached out to our vendors for troubleshooting support. There is currently no ETA for resolution, but connecting to Carleton Guest is currently a workaround for wireless connectivity.

IT Support Site (TeamDynamix) Currently Unavailable
11 June 2020TeamDynamix, the tool ITS uses to track tickets and provide our new client portal, is currently unavailable. Our St. Olaf colleagues have reached out to the vendor for an update.

There is a planned electrical outage from 7-4 today, also affecting network connectivity. Network connectivity should be restored within 30 minutes after power is restored to the building.

ISSUE: Old Music Hall offline
20 May 2020Old Music Hall lost network connectivity this morning. The cause is currently unknown but work in the tunnels nearby could be involved. Telecom technicians are en route.
