Carleton IT has reached out to our vendors for troubleshooting support. There is currently no ETA for resolution, but connecting to Carleton Guest is currently a workaround for wireless connectivity.

Eduroam is giving an incorrect password error and not allowing many people to connect. ITS is investigating the issue but currently has no ETA to resolution.

TeamDynamix (Carleton’s IT support site) is back online!

TeamDynamix, the tool ITS uses to track tickets and provide our new client portal, is currently unavailable. Our St. Olaf colleagues have reached out to the vendor for an update.

There is a planned electrical outage from 7-4 today, also affecting network connectivity. Network connectivity should be restored within 30 minutes after power is restored to the building.

The wiki is now available.

Old Music Hall lost network connectivity this morning. The cause is currently unknown but work in the tunnels nearby could be involved. Telecom technicians are en route.

The wiki is not loading, and giving a Proxy Error. The systems team is working on the issue.

All Carleton-hosted services are up and operational

At approximately 11:45 am on April 28th, network connectivity for Weitz and other affected buildings and houses on the south side of campus was transitioned back to our full, high-speed connection. Phone and network services are fully restored.
