Acrobat 9 license change

On Monday, February 8, 2010, ITS will be making a change to the campus KeyServer to better manage our Adobe Acrobat 9 licenses.  This change will enable more computers to run Acrobat 9 without additional spending, while still allowing Adobe updates to run.

Users do not need to do anything, nor should they notice any difference.  However, please contact Rapid Response at x5999 if you have a problem launching Acrobat 9; saving or printing files to pdf; or if you receive an error regarding the KeyServer.

We will be testing this change in ITS on Monday morning before implementing it fully.
