The Technology Support Group (TSG) supports Carleton community members’ use of technology in offices, classrooms, labs, event spaces, and remote locations. This includes services such as the Helpdesk and PEPS, and functions such as hardware and software purchasing, configuration, and distribution.

The following services fall under the purview of the Technology Support Group:

  • ITS Helpdesk
  • Event Support
  • IT Check Out Center (formerly Equipment Checkout Center)
  • PEPS classroom support
  • Desktop support including OS and software configurations of all Carleton supported computing
  • Computing hardware procurement, deployment, and recycling
  • Repair services for Carleton owned equipment
