If there is a storm warning for the area or thunder and lighting is seen by participants and czar the games must be cancelled until the area is free from storm activity.
If a game has not been officially cancelled by the czar and one team fails to show up for the contest, that team will be credited with a forfeit and will lose their deposit. Again, always assume the game is on!
