Contests will not be scheduled before 4:00 pm (M-F), before 10:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays, over mid-term break weekend (Friday-Monday).
The post-season Tournament must conclude by the last day of classes. However, Sport Czars will be encouraged to finish their tournaments by at least the last weekend before classes end.
It is important that participants know with reasonable certainty when their games begin and end. Therefore, league rules will be designed to facilitate a workable and predictable schedule.
Game time means a starting time. Teams have a ten-minute grace period. If they are unable to field the requisite number of players at that time, they will forfeit the game.
Some facility time will be reserved for informal recreational athletics.
