Carl Days
IPLs, Annanya and Rahim, welcome students at Carl Days

The Virtual Admitted Students/Carls Day is an exhilarating time for the entire school, as we welcome new students and celebrate their achievements (whilst also relieving their pain after their school applications). The Virtual Admitted Students Day is held for domestic and international students who are too far from campus. To ensure every international student can join our welcoming session, the Admissions office invites the ISL office for their virtual events and has them scheduled based on the international student’s regions. During this time, our ISL Peer Leaders are in the call to answer any questions that prospective students may have about Carleton, the weather, and any topic that they may be worried about.

Carls Day welcomes all new students to the campus in person. Passionate and friendly student ambassadors and peer leaders guided students and their families on tours across the entire campus, from Sayles-Hill Campus Center to Anderson Hall, and from West Gym to the Rec Center. Small Carleton souvenirs and lunch at the dining hall were provided, making the day even more special.

Both events aim to make new students feel at home and excited about their journey at Carleton. We are thrilled to celebrate and welcome each new member of the Carleton community.
