In collaboration with Dacie Moses House and Staff, the Peer Leaders at ISL worked together to help make ice cream by hand the good old-fashioned way by mixing cream, copious amounts of ice and flavors and cranking it by hand until the churn finally turned solid. Our students enjoyed the lovely evening weather with some sweet treats as a cap to an eclectic ISO week, socializing and relaxing before the start of the term.
